The look and low profile are exactly what I wanted to try and make my living room look more open, it's a wonderful value for the money due to the extensive functionality of the product. It's got a wonderful array of brightness setting from warm to cool white light and any color you can think of due to the rgb led's. It took maybe 10 minutes to assemble and install and I've not notice any more heat generation from this light than the one that was installed before

Got fed up replacing “smart bulbs” in a ceiling fixture and decided this was going to be a better cost benefit play. Extremely happy with the brightness and quality and installation was simple (5mins). Took a while for me to get used to the Govee app which is a lot more “bloaty” than most (tuya /globe/ Kasa etc) that took another 10 mins to set up and link with Google Home… overall experience is great and I would recommend to anyone.

The light is easy to install and I like the infinite amount of light settings you have access to. It works with Google Home as well. I own a lot of Govee products, including the floor lamp which is my all time favourite govee product. This is a close second. It doesn't have as much versatility as the floor lamp, but it works great for low light and is really powerful for high brightness. I also use the light alarm feature in the morning, which has helped me a lot to get out of bed faster in the morning.

I really appreciate the range of color temperatures; I can go from a soft, warm light when I’m winding down in the evening to a crisp, bright white when I need to focus during the day. And the colors? They’re amazing! Whether I’m in the mood for a calm blue or a party-ready rainbow effect, it delivers.Smart Features:Setting it up with Alexa was a breeze, and now I can just tell Alexa to change the lights or turn them off without even lifting a finger. The app is pretty cool too; it’s easy to use, and I’ve already set up a few DIY color scenes. I even scheduled it to turn on in the morning so I wake up to a gentle glow instead of a blaring alarm.
