The inside use is fine, works with right and left turning. The outside binds up. The blades are not well positioned. Cheezy.

Blades were very thin and fragile looking. Neither end removed much material. No instructions included and QR code on packaging referred you to a site with 2 factor verification. Suggest you look elsewhere for something more durable.By he way of an update, customer service has reached out with an offer for a refund. Kudos to them. Rereading the descripion, I ordered this in error for use on galvanized stel pipe which this is not intended to be used on, just softer materials. Still, a search on the Amazon site placed this as a paid recommendation. I'm not sure if the QR code would have yielded more information but I was not willing to continue due to privacy concerns.

So I purchased this to clean up the cut ends on some black pipe as I was making pipe clamps. 2 pipes cut in 1/2 left me 4 cut ends, and this cleaned them up to the point that I was not going to catch myself on the outside or inside. For what I needed, I was happy.After 4 uses, it looks like it has life in it still, blades did not get worn to the point that I could notice, and there are no chips in the blade.

Very light weight. Works ok on softer metal. On EMT or heavy metal, not so good. Don't know how long it will last.
