Works as intended. It was a little confusing on how to operate. there are two modes. One being that when u shut the door, the machine begins to emit the light. the other mode is a manuel press of the O shaped tactile button above the door. Haven’t used the charging capability. The machine is silent. You’ll probably notice whatever item u place inside has a weird smell after cleaning. i’m hoping that just means it worked.

This sanitizer style is the brand I have used for years and just bought this additional one for the other side of my house. It works wonderfully year after year and I love one in my kitchen to sanitize items after I hand wash them like meat thermometers, chop sticks, lids to water bottles, dish brushes, sink stoppers, hand can openers, brushes, strainers and so much more. It’s nice and big to fit my iPad Pro too so I can sanitize it. Anything you can fit into it can be sanitized including my bamboo folding bread slicer guide which is big. I use this all day long for everything A to Z so you will too I am sure of it!

Works perfectly, exactly as described. Seems to do the job. Good height space & width.I've had a red light a couple of times for unknown reasons, but once I've restarted it, seems to usually fix the error.Good unit. Good quality

I purchased this for piece of mind. I cannot verify it works because I don't have labs to do the testing so I am going on the reviews and science behind the product. The science is simple so it should be doing what is says it is doing.As for use, you can't get much easier. You open the door, put item(s) in, close door and wait for the light to go out which is about 10 minutes.One negative that I have discovered. The pads that the unit sits on are supposed to have suction cup like properties to help ensure the product stays in place. I can say they work quite well. The negative is that they possibly can cause damage to the surface you put them on. I left my product on the top of my dresser for over a month and when I went to move it to dust, I had to "rip" it off the top. The feet would not let go. The end result is that most of the feet were adhered to my dresser after moving the product. I have not been able to remove the feet from the dresser without damaging it so what is left will stay there for now. It is shame. So because of this, I suggest caution on where you put the product.I did have to contact support for a small issue. They responded in less than a day with complete explanation of my issue. I did not need to followup because the information I received solved my problem.

Nice design that looks and feels like the quality product you'd expect from PhoneSoap. That's great because it's out on the counter all the time. It's also super easy to use. I have it by my front door and I just throw in my phone, sunglasses and keys when I get home. With the bottle of hand sanitizer I have next to it, I feel some sort of control over what I may be carrying into the house. It lets me feel like I'm doing something to maintain control of my environment. Which is great considering all that is going on with Covid-19.The device doesn't clean the smudges on your phone or whatever you put in it, but you will notice that whatever it killed does make your stuff easier to clean. Also for stuff that seems to have more gunk on it there is more of an Ozone smell that isn't great, but isn't terrible. It's a by-product of the germicidal UV-C process and really the only thing that let's you know that it's working.It also has a nice feature that has it run another cycle when you take your items out to clean the device itself so it's ready for the next time you use it. If you don't want to wait, you can also stop it and put more stuff in. The plastic covers on the little sticky feet were really hard to remove but are really sticky so it will stay in place. However, considering how sticky they are it's amazing don't leave any residue. Also, you can charge your phone while it's in the device, so if you leave it in there for a while you don't have to worry about a low battery. :)All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.
