Cómo ajustar la temperatura:
1. Coloque la varilla del calentador bajo el agua y fíjela en la pared.
2. Conecta la alimentación y puedes ver el número digital LED parpadeando 3 veces y muestra la temperatura actual del agua, luces indicadoras rojas encendidas.
3. Pulsa el botón de ajuste a la temperatura deseada que parpadeará 3 segundos y comenzará a calentar el agua.
4. Una vez que alcanza la temperatura deseada, la luz indicadora cambia a verde.
Consejos:
1. Mantenga siempre la varilla del calentador sumergida.
2. Asegúrese de que el calentador no toque arena o grava en el fondo del tanque.
3. Para acuarios sin grava, para un mejor resultado, es mejor colocar el calentador en la parte inferior.
4. Antes de sacar el calentador, desconecte la alimentación y espere 10 minutos para enfriarse.
5. Asegúrate de que el controlador se mantenga seco

I bought this heater for my 120 gal tank. I used it for a day & a half & the temperature kept going up & down. From 75.3 which was ok, I had set it for 75 but then the heater would drop to 74 to 73 then back up to 75.4. It did this for the day & a half I had it in my tank. So I ended up sending it back as it never stabilized at 75. It was however easy to use & set the temperature on it. That’s why I gave it a 2 rating. Might be just this 1 heater was faulty I did not however exchange it for another one just like it. Ive had some of my fish for over 10 years & am not willing to risk there lives on a heater. Hopefully the 1 I replaced it with works like it should.

I bought this heater for my 180 gallon take back in December 2020. The item was packaged nicely and arrived in good condition. The built-in display on the actual heater is very useful. It also has a controller that I attached to the side of the tank to make adjustments as needed.After three months, the unit suddenly stopped working (constant beeping with "Er" code flashing). I unplugged the device for an hour, but still had the same issue. I decided to email Hygger's support and to their credit, they replied back within a few hours, asked for some pictures of the heater and proof pf purchase, then ensured me they would do their best to help me out. Two days later I had a brand new replacement waiting for me at my door step.Hoping this unit does not flake out on me like the first one, but at least I am confident now that Hygger will provide a quick resoltution.

So recently I had an issue with my Hygger 120-180 gallon aquarium heater. I bought it 3 months ago and in the last week or so it had quit working and displayed and error code. I had tried for 2 days to get it to work again with no luck. I wrote the company to let them know what happened. The company (USGAMOB) responded very quickly and requested that I send a picture or video of the faulty heater. So I sent in the video and they replied same day saying they would send me a replacement. I just received the replacement two days ago and it works even better than the first one. I am so grateful for this companies amazing customer service. They have went above and beyond. I will absolutely use them in the future for any aquarium needs!

The out of water display does not work after a couple hours. The temp needs to display a few degrees higher than what you want it to be for it to set correctly.I initially was super excited by this and I was impressed by the dual displays but like I said the out of water display stopped working.UPDATE: 12/10/2020After posting my review i was contacted by the seller and they replaced the heater with a new unit. so far the unit is great and the out of water display is remaining on. Still need to set the temp 5 degrees higher to be reflected in the tank. Over all im super happy with the customer service and the heater itself.UPDATE 3/20/2021: Display constantly displays “Er” out of water, red light blinking, while the heater is completely submerged. Super disappointed.
