Several reasons to purchase this wire. First because it is 2 color, making it easy to use. And importantly many people when installing subwoofers, I have seen use regular probably 16awg wire. That can be dangerous, depending how much power you are sending. This wire is 10awg. And may make your speakers sound louder/better as it can send more power from an amp. This wire is heavy duty, and a great price.

It is soft and easy to work with, and has plenty of insulation. The color of it looks great as well.
