I got this to install in the rim of our sink in the kitchen. We have a large stainless sink that has two holes in each corner for soap pump bottles or anything you'd like to install in those holes. This unit is well made and is super heavy. The valve is nice and smooth and doesn't leak. It's tall enough to get a large cup under it and the trigger is easy enough to push even with a soft paper cup.The only con I can give this is that it doesn't include more options for mounting. Our sink has larger holes than most sinks do and this unit wouldn't fit due to the smaller washer and nut. They just go right through the hole. So, i had to make a trip to the hardware store to get washers big enough to catch on the under side of the sink and tighten up. So they need to inlcude multiple washer sizes for cases such as mine. Other than that, it is a great glass filler. If they added multiple washers in the kit and kept me from having to make a trip to get parts I'd give this 5 stars. But it didn't so 4 it is.

It arrived very well packed and seems like it is very high quality. Installation was not all that bad, and we have not had the dripping problem that some have had, but ours does not get used all that often. I am hoping that we do not have that problem, but hopefully we could figure out where the failure was occurring at and be able to fix it. We like the concept of being able to fill pitchers and vases for events much easier than running to another sink inside. It is installed on a portable sink cart that comes inside when we are not using the outdoor venue so no need to winterize it.

I was debating on two different water filling units like this.,,glad I decided on this one. Sturdy, looks good, etc. note that you need to adjust water flow rate to your preference using a small wrench and flathead screwdriver (flow rate screw is on top..:loosen nut, then turn screwdriver to adjust flow rate…keep holding screwdriver in position as you re-tighten the nut (if you don’t hold the flow screw in position while retighten nut, it will move out of the position you set). I think that is why there is a less than perfect review..,I am a contractor and this is in my own house.
