I purchased for an older person in my life in a later stage of dementia. In her "former life" she was quite particular on where things should go in her home. She still lives at home with her spouse and when she gets a little antsy, he leaves this puzzle out with all the pieces spread around the table. It drives her nuts! She spends about an hour putting all the pieces back into the puzzle, then boxes it all up nice and neat, then usually hides it! When her spouse finds it, he again leaves the pieces out on the table for her to put back together and on and on they go.The pieces are a decent size, probably a little big to fit into her mouth, they are soft, and the overall aesthetic is calming. It's one of the better "tools in the toolbox".

This nice and colorful "Shape Puzzle" is so wonderful and so easy for my Dad to use! He has dementia so it is important to keep his mind thinking/working all the time. It also helps him with the stiffness in his hands and fingers as well, just by holding them and placing them in the correct matching shape area on the puzzle board.Thank you! Heather

I wasn’t sure whether my husband would actually want to use this, at first he was a little confused as to what is was, what was it for but as we used it more he started asking for it, some days are better then others but anything that peaks his interest is a plus. Great Product.

Helps my family member who has dementia. He’s able to work on eye hand coordination and enjoys this. It’s similar to putting a puzzle together, which he enjoys. Lasting pieces and easy to work with. Would recommend.

It is a lovely activity for a person with dementia or child. We enjoy using it quite a bit and provides a good amount of acclivity time. The rubber shapes make frail fingers easy to hold on to them.I would make the size of the shapes a bit larger to make it easier for more senior fingers to manipulate. The colors are lovely, and have a calming effect. :)
