I love this set. It grinders the salt and pepper to a vey fine size!I wish the cord connected on the side instead of the back so I could push it against my wall better.The push button would be better on the top so you don't hit it by accident.The quality is great and the grinder work wonderful so I will deal with the quirks...

Update Oct/2024:Customer Service is remarkable!! Even though I bought these grinders many months ago, they sent me a new set which is working perfectly. That action says a lot about how’s the quality and the service behind this set of grinders.————-Both grinders were nicely functioning until I couldn't charge for the 2nd time the salt grinder anymore. I noticed both pins were not making contact with the base charging plates. As you can see in the photo, both were down. I had to pull them out softly with tweezers, but it was pointless as they went down again as soon as I put the grinder back into the charger. And again, no contact 😤.I followed the instructions, handled both grinders, and gave proper care, but in the end, that didn't matter. And of course, when this happened, this defective product was already out of warranty and return frame time.Probably, this issue has to do with the low quality of the assembly or the pins section.

I had a pretty pricey German electric Salt and Pepper grinder set by Zwilling. They worked so well (for the short time they worked). I loved how the pepper was also crushed and smeared in a way that it released the pepper oils. Changed the way we ate! First the pepper grinder died for no reason- then the salt. I contacted the company multiple times and multiple ways- they never once responded to me Because of this I’ve been nervous to buy a new set- even a cheap set- since I doubted it would have the ability to squeeze out that pepper oil. But I found this set on sale and I took the plunge. I got it hours later and it was so easy to fill, use, set up and charge. The pepper comes out nicely also! I’m very very pleased that I found and bought this set- it’s been working perfectly. If it starts breaking down soon- I’ll be sure to update, but so far so good!

These are excellent. And no they last on one charge for ages they are a very nice product
