My daughter is nonverbal and attends speech therapy on a weekly basis. Her therapist had one of these in her office and I knew we needed one when I saw how my little girl fell in love! She was intrigued by the spinning of the wheels and the clicking sound it makes as it hits the bottom. The toy is easy to assemble, and easy to store. It is sturdy, and well worth the money we paid. The colors were bright and the materials were safe for my kids. This is a trusted toy for not only our family, but our therapists as well! I wouldn't consider it a "teething toy" but it is safe enough to chew on the pieces, if the event occurs.

My 2, one year old Grandchildren love playing with this toy. They have learned to put the spinning discs on the center rod and love watching it spin down the rod. Lots of fun!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a 8 month old and a year later he is still playing with it. Even the older children enjoy playing with it.

I got this for my daughter-in-law, and the following is her review:This toy is excellent for my one-year-old; my 2.5-year-old was even entertained by it at the beginning too! It's a beautiful skill for babies to learn the coordination to put the spinners on the pole. Watching them spin around multiple times until they reach the bottom is also super entertaining. They come in 5 different sizes, so they can learn to stack them in order from biggest to smallest or vice versa. My only complaint is that the base could be more solid, making it hard for my one-year-old to do it independently. Also, it would be nice if it were a flat bottom to stay in one place when he tries to put the rings on. Instead, it constantly moves from side to side, making it frustrating for a baby trying to put the rings on. He's not at the point where he would hold the bottom down and put a ring on top at the same time. It defeats the purpose of having toys to entertain your kids so that you don't have to be next to them every second.
