This are so unique and sexy. I love them. The large fit like a medium. For reference my hips are 39" These would be a great bachlorette party/wedding shower gift.

The fit on these panties is fine. They were the correct sizing for me, I normally wear a L in panties and I ordered a size L in these. They fit as expected.The construction of these is decent. They didn't feel super cheap, but they aren't luxurious feeling either. The lace is on the thick side, but not overly scratchy. The straps are strong feeling.The open crotch area takes some getting used to if you are not accustomed to wearing such things.The strap with the pearls was plenty long and has a good amount of stretch so that nothing feels to tight or pinched. The pearls can be pushed from front to back according to desired placement.Overall, I did not think the pearls provided any real stimulation or sensation. They certainly did not hurt or irritate, which was an initial concern, but there was no stimulation while wearing these.I don't hate these, but overall, I am under-impressed.
