We have replaced all of the taps, faucets and this overflow Plate with ones made by Kingston Brass.The old shower head we had, constantly dripped and leaked. The washers it came with were such an odd size that you couldn't replace them with store bought washers, hence the leaks!We needed a new overflow plate, bought one from a hardware store, generic brand,and believe this...the bolts RUSTED!!They weren't even stainless steel!!Who even heard of such a thing...it goes in a bathtub!! Where there is water!!So I bought this Kingston Brass Overflow Plate, installed it easily, it fits perfectly, and NO RUST!I would trusty NO OTHER BRAND at this point!Kingston Brass IS The BEST!

Nice finish, heavy metal piece. The problem came with the install. I noticed that on the last few turns, the screws were starting to curve inward, which was due to their extra length. They were gouging the backside of my overflow drain, and once they started turning inward due to the curvature of the drain, it bent the piece. You may need a Dremel-style tool to cut the screws to length, or risk them being way too long. Otherwise, it's a very nice piece for the money, with a good, deep dark colored, oil rubbed bronze finish.

I bought this to go in a tub with Moen fixtures ... and it matches them almost perfectly! Quality is good, easy & quick installation. Worth the price.This looks great in my tub with the Kingston Brass DTT208 tip-toe bath drain in Satin Nickel, too.Would I recommend this to my neighbor? Sure. Would I recommend this to the pickiest mother in the world who will call you daily and remind you that you're the one that recommended this to her? Yup.
