Siempre había hecho pasta con la máquina manual y con estos implementados aceleré el proceso muchísimo! Si haces regularmente pasta, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

He utilizado dos de los tres, me falta utilizar el de espagueti pero no se batalla nada para montarlos y para usarlos. Una vez “planchada” la masa al grosor deseado es pasarla por el cortador de fettuccine y listo. La tabla con las velocidades y espesor es de mucha utilidad. Lean antes las instrucciones de uso, no se lavan; se limpian con la brocha incluida y una toalla de cocina seca.Update: ya utilicé el de spaghetti y quedan delgados y muy ricos. “Mucho mejor que los comprados” fue lo que dijeron en casa. Me han hecho muy feliz porque me encanta la pasta y con esto la puedo preparar cuando quiera. Valen mucho la pena.

I asked for these for my birthday so I could learn the art of homemade pasta. I am so glad I did. Once you try it, it’s so easy! There’s also something very satisfying about running a little pancake of pasta dough through the machine a couple of times and ending up with a three foot long sheet of perfectly thinned dough! Then you cut it into thirds and add some rice flour to keep it from sticking (rice flour won’t dry out the pasta as much), push it through the pasta cutter and you have a beautiful, tender tagliatelle (or whatever you’re making) that’s ready for cooking or freezing. We’ve made a few mistakes in the dough that caused tearing or breaking or ruffling, and after re-kneading it and letting it rest it can go right back into the machine and still turn out great. The only issue I’ve had is when dough gets stuck in the sheeter. It isn’t easy to clean out unless you let the past dry for a day and then shake it out once it’s hard. The little brush they give you doesn’t help much in that regard but it works well for removing excess flour.

It’s very easy to use, it makes homemade pasta easy and fast. Very useful, even if your kitchen is small.

Como todo lo de Kitchenaid es garantia de su calidad, lo unico que me gustaria seria que hubiera otros cortadores para hacer otras pastas de este tipo como Parpadelle o Cabello de angel.

This KitchenAid attachment set is the real deal with authentic quality finishing. They work very well with our tilt mixer. The fit to the mixer is perfect. This is important as some knock-offs don't fit well to the mixer and may cause damage to parts. The pasta roller does its work effortlessly and gives the perfect sheet of the desired thickness. The cutter is sharp and gives very even and clean cut strings of pasta that don't stick together. Lastly, can't say enough about the quality of the set. So glad to have paid slightly more for a quality set that really works instead of settling for less expensive versions.

Fantastische set, en met 2 pasta vormen meer dan de standaard versie met 3 stuks heb je veel variatie mogelijkheden. Ik heb deze gekocht omdat ik ook graag de lasagnette vorm wilde hebben, en die bevalt erg goed. Het rollen van de lasagne vellen gaat enorm makkelijk, dan simpel een vorm kiezen en weer draaien maar. Als je een kitchenaid hebt, graag zelf pasta maakt, is deze set een absolute must have.Fantastisch materiaal, oer degelijk en deze 5 delige set raad ik aan boven de 3 delige. Voor kleine meerprijs ben je veel completer. Maar deze set is niet makkelijk te verkrijgen, dus doe er hier je voordeel mee !
