Klemys Silver Nursing Cups arrived quickly and securely packaged. They are advertized as 999 silver, but there's no proof - there's no marks other than "Klemys" on the cups themselves.The cups are very thin and lightweight, and small in diameter. They are too small for my nipples.

I guess I don't really understand what these are supposed to do. I thought they would help with pain from breastfeeding, but so far I'm not noticing a difference. I'm dealing with more of a circulation problem and not cracked/sore nipples though, so maybe I'm not the ideal use case scenario for them. It seems like the only benefit is keeping your bra and shirt off the sore nipples to prevent additional stimulation. The little shields are light and thin, and my bra presses them into the tissue. The thin edges are somewhat sharp so I can't tolerate wearing them for very long. It's not quite the right thing for me...

I just wanted people to know that this really does work. I tried everything: lanolin cream, coconut oil, hydrogel ... It took about a week but these sorted my sore nipples out a real treat. Highly recommend these as I think they made all the difference for me as a first time mom.

About Materials and packing:As soon I got the box in my hands I felt the great quality of this product. i liked that the silver cups come vacuum packed this make me feel more secure. also the use manual is very complete. The carry bag is really cute I think I'll use it for another things.About the silver Cups:I just have to say that this is one of the things that you don't know that yo need it until you have it. Really Really helpful product. is hard to wear a bra with cracked nipples. that's not a problem anymore.I recommend clean the cups after every use and put it in the refrigerator they feel better when they are cold.

As a First time mom i had a lot of problems my breast milk was delayed coming in so it was hard to my baby get a little. what caused sore cracked nipples and bleeding. first i tried with creams , but it doesn't help too much. so i decided to prove this cups and it was and Immediate relief. i'm satisfied with this product. Totally worth it.
