If your dog is a heavy chewer, you probably need to stay away from most soft toys, including this one. Our dog is a medium chewer, and we've found Kong to be one of the few brands that produces stuffed and furry toys that she doesn't quickly destroy. We got the small/medium size about a month ago, and it is still intact and has become one of her favorite toys.The small/medium is the perfect size for our 35 pound dog to carry around in her mouth like it is prey. So far it has stood up well to a lot of gentle chewing and a good bit of vigorous tug playing. The rope at the ends turns this into a multi-purpose toy, as the rope ends are much more durable for playing tug than the fabric covered part of the toy.

El peluche dura muy poco, la soga sirve igual aun cuando ya casi no quede nada del muñeco, me gusto pero por lo mismo que dura poco en menos de una semana luce viejo

Je n'achète que des jouets Kong pour mon petit coton de six mois, il les adore, les promène partout avec lui. Ces jouets sont d'excellentes qualités, résistants et adorables.Je recommande chaudement les produits de cette marque.

Der Elch ist gut verarbeitet, auch der Quietschie funktioniert. Die Seile sind gut verknotet und niedlich ist der Elch auch. Aber der Kauwut des Podencos war der Elch dann doch nicht gefeit und musste leider sehr schnell klein beigeben. Das liegt aber nicht am elch sondern an uns Menschen, die nicht gut genug aufgepasst haben.

My dogs love this toy. My 40-pound Whippet mix and my 20-pound Corgi/Rat Terrier mix play tug with this toy nearly every day. Both dogs are avid chewers/rough players, and this monkey has lasted me SO much longer than any other toy, with daily wear and tear. I love that there is a rope handle on each end, so it's a lot easier to play tug with the dogs or for them to play with each other.Though it is "large" in size, my Corgi has no problem picking it up and carrying it around the house. I thought for sure he wouldn't be able to lift it, but he carries it with ease.I have had the monkey for a few months now, and by this point, they have indeed torn the plush part to shreds. However, the rope is still going strong (it's VERY tough) and they still tug with it. My Corgi carries it around with him wherever he goes.I will definitely purchase this again in the future when the rope finally goes or when they finally get over the fact that they're just playing with another boring rope. Great product. Highly recommended!
