After receiving this item, I unpacked it, followed the assembly instructions, and tried to turn it on. Nothing happened. I plugged it in with a charger and tried to turn it on again… nothing happened. I charged it until the red light went out. Tried to turn it on again and nothing happened. Tried playing with the knobs to make sure the brightness was up. So I contacted their support. In the email I fully explained the problem and everything I had tried. They replied wanting my order number?? SoI replied with the order number. Never heard from them after that. I would advise doing a little more research and getting a little higher quality product. Not this one.

This microscope exceeds all expectations for this price. The magnification is incredible and to be able to watch the screen instead of having to look through a scope is great. Once you learn to use it, you can magnify and focus and magnify again and focus and keep going and going. It’s mind blowing! Especially for the price. My mom is literally keeping this on her kitchen counter because it even helps with simple things like small writing, etc. I purchased 4 of these as gifts and may purchase more in future.

Wish build quality was a little better and unit a little heavier as it continually pops out of the frame and won’t stay in when even lightly trying to pick up and move. Image quality is very good though and focus, etc. Works well so overall happy with the purchase for the price. Next will attach to TV on wall to see larger images so hopefully that will work well. I wish it had Bluetooth so I could easily upload images to phone to send to customers vs having to use card that needs to be removed. Mine said it came with a SD Card but didn’t so had to use one from my drone but had several anyway so not a big deal. Overall nice little camera system
