Our mlb pitching coach uses this ball with all his pitchers. It teaches the muscle memory to stay connected and also to keep the arm path in correct alignment. This increases velocity and reduces stress on the elbow and shoulder. It also keeps pitched in a straight line. Which Increases accuracy and cuts down on side to side inaccuracies. Great product. Great price. For youth all the way to mlb. We all use this ball. 2lbs max for pitchers.

These were purchased as part of our strength and conditioning program for our volleyball club. They are non slip which is nice is keeping the girls safe. It's well made and does the job!

I like that I don’t need two leashes to walk them but my girl dog is more dominant than my boy dog so if he’s using the restroom and she wants to walk she pulls him in her direction which stops him from releasing. Other than that it’s manageable at times they both poop in the same place it’ll do the job but I sometimes use the old leashes to keep them apart

Sturdy medicine ball. Appears well made. Smells strong of rubber or vinyl though , like it just came off the factory floor or something. I washed it with light soap and aired it out but still smells a few weeks in. It doesn’t bother me as I know it will eventually fade, so not worth returning. It is a good product for the price.
