I bought this tent so my family would stay with us camping. I set this up before they came but did not set up the air mattress yet. It rained that day and as you can see from the pictures it Leaked. I dried and cleaned it all up and then set up the furniture for them to stay and hoped for No more rain. It sprinkled one day and no water came through. We moved all the stuff to the center of the tent. But as you can see with Nothing set up or touching the sides of the tent , when it rained it came through!! If you buy this you will have to waterproof it before you use it!

I purchased this for my Son and his family to use on an extended camping trip in GAthey needed a new tent as their old tent was falling apart from ageThey received it quickly and were able to go on an extended family camping trip (2 weeks)(Son, Daughter in law, 2 kids and a dog)My Son & Daughter in law called me when they got home and said it was Perfect for them all,was super easy to use and worked very well for them all and were very grateful for it

The size & bay windows r great keeps it cool & the bay windows keep the rain out. However the zippers are terrible! I camp full time, just built a platform & this tent, the first day the door zipper failed, because it was dark I had to clamp it closed until I could "fix" it, however I'm still trying to find ways to make this work. The rainfly leaks, so I've purchased a enlarge tarp to put over it... this was complicated to put up directions not clear, ive owned better. Florida sun just wears most tents out quickly, but this is a first zipper issue, this is tent 4 in 2 years (goats got the 1st & hurricane Ian got 2nd, uv on #3...)

Love the tent but it's NOT a tarp bottom! It's like a heavier screen. I wouldn't trust my dogs on it. So laid mats down but I'm not sure how it will hold up over time due to the floor. Easy to assemble. I always hang a tarp above my tent anyways so can't take about waterproof. But I'm sure since it has that floor, any water that gets under there will be in the tent.Took 2 stars off because of the floor. That's a big wtf when it comes to tents for me.

The tent was great! Very roomy, loved the openess of the 3 doors. Plenty of space to fit all our gears. Downfall is that even with our mr. Buddy heater running full blast and fan circulation, it was still cold in the tent. Doesn't hold up too well in wind either. Not sure what the material is made of. But you can feel the cold air seeping into the tent at night and day Definitely a summer tent for sure. But don't expect this to keep you warm in the spring and fall time.
