Ottima teglia, la qualità si evince dal peso, molto versatile sia per dolci che per pizze rustiche! ho appena cotto una crostata perfetta, i tempi di cottura sono ridotti per via dei fori, molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto.

I've baked with the metal versions of these before and they're more convenient than the solid ceramic pans but this is an absolute game changer! I didn't expect to be so impressed but it cooked the puff pastry case perfectly. It's easy to remove the quiche, easy to clean and the only downside I found to this particular size was that I had to increase the cooking time (and decrease the oven temp) as it's a lot higher than what I'm used to.If you cook a lot of flans you will absolutely not regret buying this.
