This was listed as a refurbished laptop but it looks and performs like brand new. It has everything I need for my business use. It paired up with and works perfectly with my HP printers. My old laptop was unbelievably slow so the speed I have now is incredible. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a good laptop at a budget price.

I purchased this to replace my dead budget laptop. This is a great machine and arrived super clean, it even had the plastic protection cover on the power button. The battery life isn't "like new" but I wasn't expecting that to be perfect.It's a ThinkPad, so the bios is full featured, if you care about that sort of thing. There were no surprises when wiping Win11 and installing Arch. I didn't even have to futz with a wireless driver, which was a very welcomed surprise.I did have to open it and reseat the NVME - it did not seem loose at all once I got in it but for whatever reason it would lose connection to the OS and I had to hard shutdown. Since that, I've had zero issues and everything has worked as expected.

Only giving 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. The computer had no audio. I returned it and they charged me a $90 restocking fee. I called twice and was told each time that a manager would contact me...never happened. They have wasted my time and money. Extremely disappointed. Should not have to pay restocking for an item that wasn't as advertised.

The laptop has since stopped working almost exactly a year after purchasing. The amount required to repair it would just be better spent on a new laptop. This model from lenovo is notorious for the issue that we have encountered. The laptop doesn't charge anymore
