Really dose help with stamina it dose come with a price of not really beathing able to breath while working out thats because it ment for that training and conditioning oxygenLevels in your breathing

Works as it's intended. Fitment may seem tricky until you take a second look at how the extra strap works. Has a pretty strong neoprene smell so far. Time will tell if it wears off.

This works, I live at sea level and went to Idaho and climbed to 10,500', I don't want to say I was 100% but this mask surely helped, it fit snug and had many options for elevation... loved it!

No es nada comoda, pero funciona bien, hice tres series de tres minutos para probarla mientras caminaba y me gusto, ajustar la altura es fácil, pero ya que pusiste la tapa de la altura seleccionada no se puede cambiar a menos que te quites la mascara y cambies la altura. Compraria de nuevo.

It does put a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. After a while of wearing it I get used to it and forget about it, so it’s not too bad.If you have a beard, be aware there’s limitations with this mask! I have to essentially block all airflow to the mask to get a really strong negative lung pressure. It ends up working pretty well, but I imagine it works better without a beard.Only real complaint I have is that it doesn’t really strap great behind the head and it ends up pulling on my ears. Makes it tough to wear ear buds. But all in all, it’s doing the exact job I need it to do, so I’m still using it constantly!

Easy to use, the range of sizes means you can find one that really fits and stays put.I bought this because I have surgery in a few weeks and the clinic gave me a challenge spirometer to boost my cardiovascular strength ahead of the procedure. THIS works WAY better and of course has wider application.The vendor is as nice as can possibly be and the product is excellent. HIGHLY recommended.
