The aluminum material is nice. But the black adjustable gauge part is wobbly, so the accuracy is not precise. And it's not the easiest to tighten and loosen to stay in place. For the price point, I feel there are better options.

This is a P.O.C.I really wanted to like this set-up height gauge, but for its intended use, that is not possible.The adjustable "foot" once "locked" finger tight at set point allows for 1/8" of slop. A Pivot of 1/16 both ways. So much for use as an accurate set up tool. Now I found that if pliers were used on the thumb wheel to tighten past finger tight, that it would cease to pivot, but I then I need a gauge block to set up the set up tool, so it cant pivot while tightening. That be a problem in my book.It does still have the redeeming feature that without the sloppy sliding foot it still has use as small square. Otherwise it would get 0 stars.
