This is great for any family. I use it all the time. My bone density increased by 8% in one year use. I use it 3times a day. Sometimes more just depends how I’m feeling and what I’m doing. I really don’t have a favorite setting or routine. I just know I feel so good after I’ve used it, and sleep good when I do it before bed.

Works great for me and my wife. You can immediately feel a difference. Shipping g was fast, and it came double boxed with Styrofoam.

Have only had it for three days, but I love how I feel after I use it. Still not sure I'm even using it right. Wish there were more instructions, maybe a plan. Zippo. And the batteries were dead for the remote. As soon as I put in quality batteries, it worked. **Update. My remote is not working, but the platform still is. Trying to see if the remote can be replaced. Still love using it.
