I'm reviewing this very late, but I suppose that's a good thing for anyone thinking of purchasing. The gloves have held up thru some pretty rigorous work and they resist heat as advertised. Just because it says "MILLER" on it doesn't mean it's what they specialize in, but these gloves will do what you expect, bottom line.

Update on gloves.Unfortunately I will have to change my thought on these. This is my second pair, and they also came apart to quick. The stitching on the outside burns and allows the material to start separating from each other. Don't understand why the fingers give out so quick.My first pair lining came apart in 2 months. I like how these fit and keeps the heat off when welding and cutting. The reason I got another pair is, during that 2 months they were used hard, and put up HOT. Very comfortable. 1 month into this pair and no issues. They take the heat well.

Not only are they great welding gloves, they also keep your hands warm when you unexpectedly have to change the starter on the company truck without any cold weather gear

I do alot of welding for auto repair, this is my second pair cause hands down one of the best gloves out there.
