It performs well and keeps hot items hot for a long time. The closure is OK as well. It can be lightly closed for heat retention during use or "bumped" closed to secure it from any spill. Handle has not loosened as I have seen on other cups.

We had previously purchased MIRA travel mugs and decided to purchase this one for a Xmas gift for my dad. He loves it! The quality of the MIRA mug is just perfect. It maintains cold/hot liquids for a least 3-4 hours from experience. This family is sold on MIRA. Great products, stylish, easy to clean, and keeps your liquid the way you want it.

Nice 30 oz travel mug that fits ordinary cup holders in a vehicle.Be careful not to cross thread the cover, the thread height should be higher.Also like someone else complained, the handle is too long and so the end of the handle hits the console in my Edge

No derrama líquido, justo lo que buscaba. Es de tapa dura pero no importa prefiero eso. Cabe en los portavasos.

I definitely find this coffee mug to be wholly satisfactory in function and really like its style too! In term of keeping my beverage hot it does the job. I do usually fill it with hot water several minutes beforehand to preheat it. Then I pour my coffee in close to the top and immediately get that lid on. From there I typically wont need to access the coffee for about 2 hours. When I do it's quite hot! I don't drink down my coffee, but rather meter it out over the course of the next say 3 hours, opening and shutting the lid as needed. In this scenario I find its at the very least still warm as my shift comes to an end. I have a lot of prior experience with road mugs and am completely happy with this one. The 20oz size is just right for me. I love the styling. I got the white one and that paint coating or whatever it is has not stained or scuffed or scratched off. Super easy to clean. I guess the handle can be a problem based on reviews but mine is fine. It wiggles ever so slightly....maybe a 1/16 inch either way. I dont see this playing a role in the lifespan of the mug.

I am in and out of my vehicle all day and typically have an insulated mug of coffee with me. I used to carry the travel mugs without a handle until I noticed that I was getting cramps in my hand from grasping them around the middle. It was the same hand-grip several times a day, all week long.I purchased this mug because the handle provides another hand-hold, relieving the constant wide-grip I had become accustomed to. It has really been an effective solution. The handle is not closed at the bottom, making it easy to grab, and comfortable for any size hand. I have been using this mug for four months now, and it has a solid construction, holds heat very well, fits easily into multiple vehicle cup holders, and has a really nice finish. I purchased the Pearl Blue, which is a very light and uplifting shade of sky blue, and despite its daily use, the mug looks brand new.After receiving many compliments on this mug, I returned to Amazon to purchase more as gifts. It comes packaged in a nice box that can be gift-wrapped. Unfortunately, the Pearl Blue is no longer available, but I will keep checking back as I have had so many positive comments on the color of this mug.
