Like most Fjallraven stuff, the durability and overall build quality is some of the best. I bought this as a simple day bag for work with a more 'rugged' feel. I haven't really tested the 'water resistant' nature of the material, but my other Fjallraven backpack did really well with it. One thing I love about this specific bag is the ability to add extra storage if needed, which has come in handy for me with the things I plug around (medication, tools for IT and various odds and end for my job). The laptop sleeve is pretty solid as well, made with your typical tough nylon material (holds my 14" MacBook nice and snug with room for a 15").

A very good and well-sized hiking bag. Suitable for a couple of days of hiking or for storing things at camp. Easy access to things.

Scelto dal mio ragazzo come regalo, a lui è piaciuto tanto.Le misure sono adatte all'aereo e forse anche per non "sprecare" spazio con troppe tasche, le linee sono essenziali.La marca dovrebbe essere una garanzia di qualità, per cui solo il tempo dirà se il prodotto è valido per il prezzo pagato. Lo spero, poiché esistono altri zaini simili più economici.

Love the G1000 fabric and I’ve used Greenland wax to further weather proof the bag. It seems hard wearing in all the right places so far.I’d like to have seen some sort of zipper protection to the main compartment to avoid water ingress (although it’s not a huge problem, and the single top loading compartment lends itself nicely to using a dry bag insert), and maybe a bit more structure to where it sits on my back - the shape can distort to being quite rounded if over-stuffed, so it doesn’t always sit comfortably.But, it’s still a quirky, enormously appealing pack of a decent size for a simple day out. I may slip something rigid into the laptop sleeve to flatten the back more, but overall I enjoy it a great deal.
