While I don't necessarily agree that this pillow is exactly suitable for babies 0m+, it's perfectly fine for my baby at 2 months now. I received this when she was smaller, and I can certainly say that it wasn't quite useable for her at that point. This tummy time pillow is super cute and does the trick to help her on her tummy time journey with ease. I would definitely recommend this product for all baby parents out there.

This pillow is bigger in person than I expected. That was a pleasant surprise until I discovered it may be a little too big for my son. He is 6 months old and average size. When I tried propping this pillow under his arms for tummy time, it was too big for him to be comfortable. His back has to bend back too much because the pillow is so tall. My c-shaped nursing pillow works much better for that, since it sits flatter and also curves around him. However, he did roll forward on this pillow a bit so that he was supported in a crawling position (he is not crawling yet) so this may be helpful in working on crawling? But it makes me a little nervous that this pillow can roll beneath him like that. Once already it has caused him to roll off and fall. It was a harmless fall but he certainly didn't enjoy it. We are working on sitting up right now though, so we can never have too many pillows for propping him up. This feels high quality and is a velvety material. My son really likes the crinkle areas and the little rattle ring and of course he loves the mirror. However he much prefers a mirror he can hold himself. With this pillow he keeps trying to grab the mirror as if to hold it and is frustrated that it's attached. So, overall, it's a decent toy and we will keep it, but it's not one of our favorites and not particularly helpful for tummy time exercise specifically. This may differ by each child's preference though, and I have no complaints on the quality.One last note, it is spot clean only not machine wash. Just fyi.
