I ordered this pot because I only really have one very large “pasta pot”. I still only have one even after ordered this one, since the size is smaller than I expected as the other reviewers mentioned. I still utilize it often, just not for pasta as much as I expected. I have not tried it as a deep frier yet, but intend to possibly over the summer. I deducted two star due to the high price point—not because of a lack in quality but simply because it’s not competitive or reasonable to price an item like this at $44 (at the time of writing this review) without at least brand recognition to fall on. Otherwise, it’s good/study pot with a couple of different uses. I’d recommend it but I’d also suggest finding something more reasonably priced that does the same things!

I have been using this all the time! Nice for smaller stovetops and kitchen spaces since it’s holds a full amount, but isn’t wide and doesn’t need extra space! (definitely be mindful of hot handles from overhang of being off center on top a gas stove!) - The strainer is awesome for frying (did fries and chicken wings) but it’s just a bit harder to keep all of thin spaghetti in there! (only a little escapes!) don’t worry about the tops of you pasta sticking out at first either but keep it spread out evenly! - 9.7/10 would get this again!

Cooking pasta and veggies just got a whole lot easier with this stainless steel cooker. It's a versatile addition to my kitchen, handling everything from a gentle steam to a rolling boil, and the fact that it's dishwasher safe makes cleanup after a meal a total breeze.

Boil that water, perfect size for spaghetti noodles and even boil w. strainer to easily drain… perfect pasta pot.
