I frequently make Creme brûlée and these are perfect. They look fancy, and have a large surface area for more caramelized sugar. Just what I wanted, and such an improvement over "deep" dishes (ramekins) that have less surface area. A great purchase.

I absolutely love these ramekins from making crème brûlée. There’s scalloped edges bring style to the kitchen. Great price and fast delivery.

I love these ramekins! Beautiful and versatile. I use them as elegant coasters as well.

I bought these to make egg soufflés or fruit tarts. I also think in a pinch they will make lovely cat dishes for my fosters.
