I decided to replace my previous knob volume control (based on impedance matching) after one of the amplifier's channel of my Onkyo Receiver didn't work anymore, and I suspect that the culprit was the inductive coupling. So I decide to replace it by this resistive type, and this one, works perfect. One of the features I like is that has full volume at one end (direct connection, no resistors), meanwhile on the other end, the last step is disconnected (fully isolation of speakers), for great control. It comes with three different colors of covers and knobs to match your taste. It was easy to install, replacement was straightforward. Inputs/outputs on the device are well labeled and the screw connectors make it fast work, connectors also can be detached from the knob control, for easier cable hookup. Product seems of excellent quality. Overall, Recommended.Review made by Handyman

Sound control is performing satisfactorily. However the instruction sheet provided with the product does not match the product...the instruction sheet included in each box provides details on how to adjust the ohms setting to the speakers to be connected, however the product does not have the features depicted to make such adjustments. Response from the manufacturer was that the wrong product must have been sent and that they should be returned, but that doesn't make sense as the problem is the instruction sheet, the product is what was ordered. To add further confusion, there is indication on the box alluding to the control being self adjusting to the proper impedance. Bottom line is these sound controls work fine and as intended with the speakers they are connected to, but installing them without being certain as to the impedance setting was taking a risk of damaging the speakers.

The speaker volume control works exactly as promised. The screw terminals for attaching input and output wires increased the ease and flexibility of installation. The unit fits in a typical single gang box. I used the slider volume control in an external box to control outdoor patio speakers. The controller came with four face plates of different colors which are more than similar products from other sources.

It was exactly as I had hoped it would be. And easy to install. I use it outside so while I am in the hot tub I can control the volume of the music.

Hace lo que tiene que hacer, fácil instalación, la longitud de los cables es suficiente, aunque es para exteriores yo lo utilicé para dentro de la casa pues la carcasa que trae es discreta.
