It helped me stop smoking. I just wish the case actually stayed closed so the toothpicks wouldn't lose the flavor as much.

So my husband is almost at 4 months cigarette free and these help so much! It replaces the urge to have a cigarette between his lips and he loves the flavor. Another bonus, the price is great! We are frequent buyers of this product.

Always good quality. Always fresh and sealed when received. Flavor is great, lasts long. Not too much cinnamon, more mint.

These are good toothpicks They don't splinter easy my only problem is they don't have much taste to them at all my cinnamon toothpicks last much longer and have more flavor than These do.I'll try another brand because there's just not enough flavor but if you want something very gentle these are for youUpdate, the more flavor cinnamon picks burned my lips, had to quit using them, so these are a lighter flavor but don’t burn anything so 5 stars, sorry for the 4 stars review at first. These are a 5, ty
