This is a nice, simple magnetic knife mount. It has a plain matte black finish which lets it work in any kitchen aesthetic. It also has versatility in mounting. It includes mounting screws and wall anchors, or double sided 3M tape if you can’t drill holes in the surface you’re mounting on, like tiles or a backsplash. The most important component of a good knife mount is the magnet holding the knives to it. This mount has a very strong magnet. This isn’t just a functionality feature but also a safety feature. You won’t have to worry about the knives slipping off and harming you or damaging your counters. If you’re looking for any easy storage solution for your knives this is a must have.

I have several of these that I purchased over the years that I use in my container to hang tools on. This is the first time that I receive one that the back side isn't magnetic so I had to stick it to the metal container door with the double-sided tape that came with it meaning I can't move it around like the others. Oh well. Then I started using it and realized that the magnet is much weaker than any of the other ones I have as well. Overall, I am disappointed with this.

I have a similar, double-sided magnet knife holder for my good kitchen knives. It's two-sided magnet allows it to stick to metal without any other mounting aids like tape or screws. This is not that, but to be fair, it's not advertised as a two-sided, self-sticking magnet. That said, I don't find this magnet to be particularly strong. I had it out in the garage, and it wouldn't hold my largest sized vice grips (that aren't anything super-sized; they're simply the biggest, "standard" size you'd think to use for a typical project). I don't believe this magnet would hold the cleaver pictured in the item ad, unless it was a very cheap, light cleaver. It's holding side is only on the front; the rear of the magnet is covered by its mounting plate. This magnet will do fine for hanging standard tools and things like commonly used screwdrivers, pliers, scissors, medium sized crescent wrenches and similar items. It is NOT for overly heavy items - it's just not that strong. This will serve its purpose once I mount it over the workbench for oft-used tools that I like to keep close at hand, but that's about it. You can probably do better. Three stars. Hope this was helpful.

I have some newer cleaver type knives that just dont fit well in a drawer. This black magnetic knife holder attached with ease with a large stirip of included foam tape. I did let the tape sit for 24 hours after install to make sure it could cure a bit. The size is perfect for 4 or 5 larger knives. The attachment is holding very well so far to the wall. Pulling the blade off the bar causes no movment.

I got this 16” magnetic knife holder to attach to my steel racks and hold some tools.Wow! It not only is strong enough to hold some tools, my hammers even stick to it. High quality with a nice black finish, it saves space and allows me to easily organize, and get to, my tools at an affordable price. 5 stars👍🏼

It's so great to have this clamp with a pin so you can mount a light anywhere you have a pole that fits. Plus it won't damage your surface with its rubber inserts that are stuck on. It opened and closed very easy as well. And you don't have to lossen it all the way as there's a slot for the screw to slide out when it gets loose enough.

They give you two sizes...if you want to put this on C Stands, get the smaller size. I'm not sure the use of the larger 40mm size, but I got that on Vine to review. This opening is way too wide for C stands. It just provides enough grip, clamped all the way down, for a Tube light...but the 40-50mm size ain't going on a typical light stand, even a thick C stand. When grips in this form factor have a larger circular diameter, it's not always good as most things you want to clamp it to will be thinner, and not make full contact with the inner pad: Only a brief part of your circular stand will make two thin lines of contact with the ovular internal clamp pad. So get the smaller 30mm size for stands...doing a quick measurement test, I still think that may be a bit on the loose end for a C Stand believe it or not, you'll still have to clamp the small one all, if not most, of the way down.So I do wish they included beefier padding or the option for a thicker pad. A lot of clamps in this form factor offer that on Amazon, and this one really needs it.The light stud is nice and feels very secure. Although sadly it is NOT REMOVEABLE and there's no screw mount on it. So if you wanted to screw on a Tube light or mic, then you'll have to get something else. You cannot switch out studs like other clamps. This is only meant for lights or a small boom arm maybe. Luckily it's strong provided you can find a tube thick enough to clamp it to for a good fit.If you need a light on a swing set pole, bike rack pole, or railing...then maybe you'll like it.
