I came across these towels a few years ago when looking for Dish towels, and I was blown away by how insanely absorbent they are, even when they are wet. When I was buying towels for my new house, I wanted something absorbent and found that this company also makes bath towels. In terms of toweling, they are amazing. However, I think this company is used to making things like dish towels, so these towels are ugly compared to other bath towels because they are just a rounded Square where the ends have been surged. I would love to see this company come out with a higher-end version of these towels that look a little more like a traditional bath towel, but it didn't stop me from keeping them and loving them. So if you don't care about ugly towels, these are the ones for you.

These towels and beautiful, lightweight, and really absorbent. You just need to pat dry, so it’s really gentle on the skin. BUT. If you have a cat that likes to play with things like towels: they will shred and pull threads out. It’s been more than a year and they’re still holding together, they just don’t look as nice. But just so you know.

We have tried several microfiber towels and we sent them all back because they had that rough, sticky, rubbery feeling where they feel like little fibers are hooking onto little bits of dried skin on your hands. Finally we have found a brand that doesn't do that. These towels are amazing! They are very absorbent, they dry quickly (you still need to hang them to dry...physics), and the waffle weave gives them a soft feeling (they are not fluffy like cotton towels but they feel very soft). The hubby even commented that they dry his hair and nooks n crannies in one take. No more surprise water drips from who knows where. The bath towel is very generously sized (the attached picture shows the green bath towel vs a regular sized cotton bath towel). It is big enough to wrap around my 6' 1", 230 lb husband with plenty to spare. We bought them for travel but are seriously considering getting more to use at home too.We do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets, both of which could reduce the absorbency of towels. We have washed them in hot water and warm dryer with zero shrinkage. The only con I can come up with is that the wash cloth doesn't feel as 'scrubby' as a regular cotton one, so for that purpose I will stick with my old cotton ones. Overall we are pretty happy with our purchase.ps: The green is not as bright as in the picture. It's a blue-green with more blue than green, and a tiny hint of gray. Still a pretty color.
