Se siente resistente, no se siente delgado el plástico tampoco ha bajado de volumen. Muy buena pelota para rehabilitación

Small weighted ball sort of squishy has some sort of sand or something like that inside it. The outside is kind of squishy no problem at all. recommended

soft rubbery finish not too slippery but soft on hands and good weight to it...was a gift but were thinking of getting one for ourselves now it would be helpful for light exercises

Me pidieron pelota de pilates en natación y resultó excelente. No se hunde y no se le mete el agua. Todo super bien.

Tiene buen tamaño, y sirve para realizar los ejercicios con peso ligero. Llegaron antes de tiempo, la pelota no tiene el peso completo al parecer tiene una bolsita con el peso, no es como otras que al toque se siente.
