My son was really excited about getting this 8 piece police accessory set, he waited near the mailbox everyday until it arrived and then it took him under a minute to put it all on and begin his patrol.The package included everything needed to start your new career as a police officer- dark wire rim sunglasses, badge, baton, police radio set, handcuffs with keys, whistle, uniform hat… pop and a grenade(???)These are advertised as durable costume accessories for both kids and adults. I’m going to disagree with calling any part of this set “durable” and offer that they should be labeled as non-durable thin plastic accessories that do not hold up to use of any kind. They should be labeled as one time use accessories.The police hat was the best item in the set. It’s very realistic and fits my 4 year old son perfectly, (he has a big head though so it should fit older kids as well). This hat has been worn everyday since it arrived about 10 days ago and it’s holding up well. The police radio set is also doing well… so is the grenade. The dark sunglasses and the handcuffs were the first items to go, they did not even make it through the first day. The whistle went next, (cheapest whistle I have ever seen). The baton bent at an odd angle but this was mostly due to my son hitting things with it, and the badge became unattached from the thing it was on which was a bummer. But even though we’ve lost out on using roughly half of the set, it’s still one of his favorites and my son plays with it all day everyday. He just uses the hat, radio set, bent baton, one cuff… and the grenade (just in case he needs to blow anything up during his patrol of our house).I gave this set 3 out of 5 stars due to the low quality of some of the accessories. My son didn’t care about the sunglasses, but It was disappointing that he couldn’t use the badge or the whistle. Aside from the quality issues, it’s actually a very cute and realistic looking police accessory set that I would purchase again. I liked this set far better than the other ones that I looked at and it was half the price of most of them.

Got this kit for a Reno 911 outfit, and it was perfect ! I was at a costume Rave party and a bunch of people thought I was a real cop ! hahahaahh ! These arent that realistic looking as they're plastic but they are a great addition to any cop costume!
