Was hoping these would be a decent alternative to the massively overpriced sioux drives.Unfortunately, the stone holder was missing completely from the set I ordered and was the main thing I wanted, mine are all worn out. The star drive does fit my other holders, might be an acceptable backup piece.The stones look "OK" but I haven't been able to use them yet. Definitely not the same quality as name brand stones, but they look like they might true up OK.Don't buy this set if you don't have a truing stand. And maybe consider just buying another brand, they can't all be this bad.edit:Instead of returning this for a refund like I should have done, I got a replacement.The stone holder on the replacement is junk. It's warped by 15 thou! And the stones are off center requiring a ton of truing.The I.D. of the stone holder is like .385 exactly, so if you have .385 pilots that are worn it'll fit them tight - and if you have ones that aren't worn it won't fit at all.The entire stone holder gets too hot to hold after it's been spinning for less than a minute on the truing stand, and because it's off center it's unbalanced and makes the entire table vibrate.Overall, these are just complete junk. Zero stars, can't use any of it for anything.

the stones are not perfectly round? I guess when you shape them for valve grinding it may not make a difference and the valve seat. But it is shocking how out of round they are and this could be dangerous at high RPM
