Only thing I hated was the harness was extremely hard to get latched into new resistor.Whoever owned my truck before me had installed a new resistor and harness and had botched wiring the harness in so I had to redo it and use a new harness that came with new resistor, I done the wiring then secured new resistor but the harness would not snap securely into resistor, had to unsecure new resistor and use channelocks to snap harness into resistor then had extremely difficult time putting screws into resistor to secure it in place. Worst one I have ever installed. Works so far so good.

Installed this on my truck 24 hours ago. Went to work this morning and noticed fan didn't run on all settings. On the way home I could smell wires burning so I turned off the fan. Got home and had to forcible remove plug. The plug was melted in the middle. The factory one I removed to install this one was barely black. Already went to parts house and installed another one. Now it works as it should.

After 2 months I bought it it just burn and doesn't work any more. Luckily I hadn't trow the old away and I installed back.. but I couldn't return it because they said returning page was close for this product.
