I bought this for my daughter who has POTS, (positural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and I didn’t even know it plays music through Bluetooth when I bought it! I got it in pink (which she called “yogurt pink” lol) and she loves it. Hopefully it will help with her condition and help her build some strength up with the resistance bands and bar that was included. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I used this for over 6 months and it has helped my lower back pain and I believe helped increase my bone density based on my recent bone scan. It’s not as big as the picture makes you think.

From the picture it looks like you can sit on it and fit your whole body. Not so. Just enough room for your feet. Also it doesn't come with bars as shown in the picture as well. Very deceptive advertising. The plate itself vibrates but has preprogrammed settings. You cannot change the speed of the preprogrammed modes. And the straps have different sized hand holds one is one size and one is another. And the way you attach them to the plate is weird and makes a lot of noise from the metal attachments. You also have to unplug it to turn it off. And the instructions are in terrible grammar. lol I have never owned one before so not sure if this is all standard but it seems a little off.

I love the vibration patterns it has and love using the machine I use it daily for 2 to 3 cycles. The vibrations I feel through my whole body. The negative side I bought it because it shows you can sit on it. I can only sit on it sideways and I still don’t quite fit and you can not sit on it like they are in the picture. It is to small to sit on it like the picture. For standing on it it works great. Not a fan of the bar bands they have for it I tried it deciding to use hand weights I stand much easier to use.

I LOVE my vibration plate vibrating machine. I lost 28 pounds once I worked out on it for 30 days straight.I am busy in my everyday life so I don’t get a chance to workout on it everyday so I have been sitting while folding laundry or when I am watching a tv show. It works sitting just like it does standing. I love mine. Glad I decided to buy 1.
