Comfortable to wear when sleeping but the fit/adjustable straps aren’t that effective. I wish it had upper and lower adjustable straps.

I tried this party because it was $15 less expensive. It fits poorly. I have ordered the $40 version again.

I am one of those weird women who can't stand not wearing a bra, even when I'm sleeping. I find it more comfortable that way but I am certain it makes me hotter and I often wake up with perspiration between my breasts. I didn't use the straps with this, I just pulled it up under my bra and positioned it. It fit well and made me much less hot. I woke up without any moisture, which was greatly appreciated. I actually love this and am sort of wondering where it's been all my life. I'll probably buy another one or two so that I can rotate and wash them.

I bumped up the rating from 3 stars to 4. Why? I previously deducted one star due to its awkward fit. But as it turns out, it was due to "operator error." What I mean is, I made a mistake when I wore this pillow horizontally when it was supposed to be worn vertically. My bad. That explains why I thought it was ridiculous the pillow got scrunched up in the center and wouldn't stay put while sleeping. Now that I'm wearing it correctly, it's much more comfortable and it just makes more sense. I don't know why it didn't occur to me before...duh. With minor edits, below is the second part of my original review which still rings true.The pillow separates your breasts, but what it really does is support the breast that is on the upper side (not the side you're lying on). There is still crease on your chest on the side that you're lying on. But I noticed there is much less creasing on the upper side because there is support from the pillow on that side.The straps are pretty long and are adjustable, so I imagine it would fit most women ('though I am skeptical this would work on those with very large bosom). They are also thin so it's comfortable to lie on. The vertical pillow fits comfortably in the middle of your chest, but sometimes when you lie on your side, the pillow is slightly pulled away from your chest which renders it useless. The pillow must be in contact with your chest for it to work. If you decide to try this pillow contraption, my advice is to use your forearm(s) to hug your pillow close to your chest. You can comfortably sleep this way.This is one of those products where you can't tell if it makes any difference until a long period of time. So I won't be able to say how much of a difference this product would make...theoretically, it should work. But I'll probably know in about a year ...(if this product is still for sale and I continue to wear it for that long) I'll update my review then.
