I’m a janitor and these are put thru a hard time during summer clean up at an elementary school. After cleaning my 20 classrooms they still do the trick. Carpet in classrooms is very rough and they made it….I will be able to reuse them again for sure, they are very durable.

used this to clean the old carpets in a double wide manufactured home I bought at foreclosure. I went over it several times but was ultimately able to restore the carpet to a degree that my neighbors found quite amazing. I called the local carpet cleaner originally, but all he does is bonnet cleaning, so I said screw it, I can do that myself, and I did. He said it would never come clean, it did. Like I said, i went over it several times, but these carpets were ruined, tear out ruined from dogs and years of neglect. This pad held up good and still has life in it to use some more... but I did do pretty good wear on it... A little pricey imo, but worth it. and still cheaper than most other brands. bonnet pads are just overpriced in genera imo.

slightly thinner but performed well,and these are superior to the ones with sewn-in green threaded loops,that fall out immediately upon washing.

If you've read the Q&A's, you know there is some confusion as to how many pads you get with this order. YOU ONLY GET ONE PAD. In the answers section, someone stated you get 5 pads...this is NOT TRUE. So please know this before you order! You are paying for one single pad.The pad itself works exactly as designed. I didn't feel a difference between the green stripes and the white part of the pad. It states that the green stripes are supposed to be scrubby strips, they feel the same texture to me, so not sure how that qualifies as scrubby strips. In any case, I used it for scrubbing out stains on low pile carpeting with a scrubber/buffer. And it worked great! Not too much friction that the buffer went flying, but enough that it got the pile turned.So, would I buy again? Probably not. There are so many other sellers out there that have lower prices and the bonnets will work just as good. I would shop around for a lower price/higher quantity.
