I've been a bit disappointed too not have noticed any changes after trying this idea of grounding. I wanted to believe it, and I can't say that there's not something to it for others, but I will say that I have not noticed a single thing and I have been using this religiously for a couple of months. Oh well. :( It is nicely made though.

This is amazing, a friend talk to me about those, I decide to try i had nothing to lose. I was at the point that getting out of the bed was a struggle. At the beginning didn't see a major difference but at about 3 or 4 weeks I went to sleep at my brother place at that point I know I was doing better than the 2 night I spend away from home it was awful. A couple a days back at home I could see a major difference for the better. Now I feel so good, I sleep so good and get up in the morning full of energy and get out without any problems. I never wrote review but if this can help someone believe me it's amazing.If you decide to try don't give up some people see a difference right away but for me it took 3 to 4 weeks. Good luck

This is one of those items where 50% say it works and 50% say it doesn’t. It was important that the sheet (there is only a fitted sheet) was machine wash. (We choose to air dry) My husband has spinal stenosis pretty bad (even after surgery). Used it for 7 days, then we went to a wedding out of state and stayed 2 nights in a hotel (I found the hotel bed fine) My husband was MISERABLE!!! Couldn’t wait to get home to his sheet lol! After returning and sleeping 1 night, he had a great nights sleep. I don’t think we’ll ever go back to regular bottom sheets again!

Only 4 starts due to the high cost... But, this sheet is great.There is a grounding snap on either end so you can't make a mistake while making the bed- and it's not scratchy as others said. I wash mine in a bit of vinegar for fabric softener and it feels great. I do find that I sleep better and longer on this sheet. I rotate between this sheet and a regular cotton one once a week to wash this one just to 'reset' and feel the results of the grounding even more. Definitely get the fitted sheet- it's amazing.!

Husband and I both have chronic pain and trouble staying asleep, so we each got these for our split king bed and have been using them for a month now. We’re both experiencing deeper sleep, that much is for sure. He still wakes up in the middle of the night to use the restroom (a seemingly unavoidable “perk” of being in your 50s). I have found myself in need of less sleep, taking shorter and fewer naps on weekends and waking up earlier during the week. My chronic pain has not lessened, at least not noticeably. But I love waking up and feeling rested. It has made a difference already in my overall mood.The most intriguing aspect of these sheets is that they have enhanced our love life. We’re experiencing more intense and fulfilling sessions. If you look up grounding and lovemaking, you’ll find research that suggests there are many reasons why, and though we didn’t buy the sheets for that purpose it sure is a nice bonus!The fabric itself could be softer. However, it’s thick enough that I can tell it will last a while. The cord to plug it in is very long; a pro for some and a con for those like me who need to wind it up to keep it tidy. But the cord is very thin so it’s easy to tuck out of sight.The product exceedes my expectations overall and was priced fairly for what it does. 5 stars!
