Been using a week now and 5 stars. Our 4 indoor cats now love the drinking fountain. Initially they were more interested in the box than the fountain. I set it to continuous stream for the first 2 days. I placed it where their previous drinking water supply was - small fish tank with water pump & filter. The fountain fits on a serving platter, is so easy to clean & change the filter and I love the sensor intermittent water flow and dishwasher for sterilizing. We will need to get a 2nd one if we go away due to 4 cats. So far we love it because they love it!

This is by far the best cat fountain I’ve ever used. It holds a ton of water, is quiet, and is super easy to clean. My cats love it. (Sometimes too much as they seem to think it doubles as a swimming pool) about 2 months into having it it started making a grinding noise, and then stopped working. I contacted the seller who responded right away, was super friendly and had no issue with sending a replacement! It got here so fast! And in the meantime I had posted a question and many other customers responded but none of them had my issue -which makes me think it was a rare occurrence that mine broke! 10/10 would recommend this fountain.

My dog has zero interest in water until she is overheating and panting because she hasn't drank anything. It was to the point where we would feed her ice cubes just to get some hydration in her. This went on for 3+ years. We tried different color bowls, stainless, plastic, ceramic, big ones, small ones. I set this up and the second she was done eating dinner she drank more than she ever has. The only complaint is the USB cord could be a few feet longer - even though it is battery operated, I don't want to rely on a battery when it comes to something as important as a dog's ability to access water.
