These head caps are well ventilated, soft and easy to puton/take off at the gym. I also sleep in them thus am consideringpurchasing 1 set for gym and other for sleeping.They are well ventilated as seen in attached pics you can see tinybreathable holes so you can exercise in them at gym and sweatevaporates well.My head is large, not medium or extra-large.Fits great.There are several ways to wear these, so try tips below:1.Align the inner seams to front and back of head, not sidesof your head.2.Try wearing with the rim totally down and normal. Loose fit style.3.Try wearing with the rim flipped up as in attached pics.You can then pull tight over head if you like a firm close fit style.Best part of this purchase is I got 9 different caps of 9 different colors.Each was individually wrapped in its own plastic bag. All inserted into mainlarger plastic bag.I always sport a shaved head and own many skull caps. I'd say these rankhigh in quality, comfort and cool look/style.Good deal for 9 caps.

When I ordered this product, I had lost about half of my hair. It fits just fine. I currently have no hair, and it still fits just fine. It is soft and light weight and allows sweat to easily be absorbed. There has been no sweat that has run down my face or neck while wearing this item! So I really suffer from sweat going into my eyes at work. It stings to the point I am almost blinded. I've tried a Gutr, which unfortunately didn't work (£20 wasted), durags, which work to a point but are annoying, 118 sweatbands, nope, then tried these. They are great worn inside out and folded over under a hard hat. Wearing it inside out means the seams aren't against your head, and folding it over puts it at just the right height for ear defenders and comfort. I can now work harder than before for longer periods. Really chuffed. They wash fine too.
