Great product for filling gear oil on small tohatsu/mercury outboards (6 and 9.8hp). There are some reviews that say it doesn't swivel. This is true. Except, you can easily detach the tubing from the part that needs to swivel onto the oil drain hole, connect that part first, and then easily reattach the tubing. Love the fact it pumps oil into the outboard directly from the bottle.

This pump works well. I wish the end had a swivel so I can screw/unscrew from the lower unit without barrel-rolling the entire bottle. Other than that, I was able to successfully fill the lower unit with minimal spill.
