A solid 5 star light for the price. We needed to replace pendant lighting in in our new build and were silly enough to order square ones. Don't do that, it is nearly impossible to get them all straight so they don't look silly. These oddly match perfectly the pendant lights downstairs in our bar area so they were a great fit. I think they are good quality and have no complaints. They were much easier to install than the previous ones and I am happy. The light pattern they throw is nice as well, although some may not like the way the light splits and is thrown on the ceiling. We think plenty of light makes it to the countertops and think they fit well in our contemporary home. The transition from the top of the fixture to the the cord however is a little goofy looking. They should have probably just eliminated that rod piece and gone cord the whole way. For us it hardly matters because one would have to look very closely to see the top of the fixture because we have high ceilings. If you don't, you may want to look at something else.
