I was looking for a knife I could use and my daily sashimi knife in home. This one is being great.Sharp and easy to maintain, its a good option if you cook for hobbie and want a knife to nicely slice your fish.

The yanagiba is sharp out of the box. Because it is stainless steel, I can be more careless about its maintenance during use and after compared to my other blue paper carbon steel knives. The handle is made from synthetic material and well sealed with the blade. There is no hygiene concerns after cutting raw proteins. I cannot commend on its edge retention. This knife is highly recommended for home cook as your first yanagiba.Thanks

Por el precio esta bastante bien. LO RECOMIENDO para acostumbrarse al tipo de cuchillos
