No funcionó el producto, mala conexión a celular, una bocina no se escucha, mala calidad del sonido.

Cuando quiero usar la aplicación de la marca presenta un conflicto y se me desconecta y ya no lo puedo usar hasta el siguiente día.Muy malo, de preferencia no lo compren, elijan otra opción

Received my headphones about a week ago and they are absolutely phenomenal! Sound quality is great, buttons are easy to figure out and to remember which does which. The app is extremely useful for a customized experience! All around love these headphones! They're also very sleek and stylish! I have small ears so they fit me great, but may be slightly uncomfortable for those with large ears?

I picked these headphones up on a sale two years ago, and they're still going strong. I've always liked Sennheiser products, so I figured that their headphones would be pretty quality, and I was not let down. So far, the sound quality has been great, they sit on my head very well, and the battery life is insanely long, especially as compared to other headphones I've had in the past. I've never had issues with the Bluetooth either. There are two issues that I have with them though. The first issue is that the noise cancelling on my headphones has never worked. I realize that I probably got a bad set in that regard, but noise cancelling was never super important to me, so I never really cared. You probably wouldn't have the same issue. The other issue is that the ear cups were just too small for my ears. So much so, in fact, that the mic that is used to balance the noise cancelling actually stuck into my ear and caused slight discomfort. Again, this is a problem that other people might not run into depending on your ear structure, so do what you will with that information. I actually got these headphones for so cheap though that I just bought some larger ear cups and haven't had a problem since. For the price I paid for them and the value I've gotten, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Really wish I'd searched for known issues before spending cash on these. There are tons of reddit posts about the terrible quality of these headphones.Sennheiser sent me a bunk set and now they want me to do the extra effort of making a return at the post office for THEIR mistake. Nope.The right ear crackles and cuts in and out. Of course I didn't realize this until I'd had the headphones for a few weeks and had put stickers all over it.Do yourself a favor and either spend an extra $100 for a decent pair of headphones or, at the very least, avoid these ones.They also sound bad on Windows operating systems for some reason. I had to use an EQ app on my Android to get them to sound good. It's really weird because they have the CAPABILITY to sound great, but right out of the box, they sound VERY shallow and tinny.Waste of money, time, and effort. Their customer service sucks too.

The sound is very good for bluetooth my wired My Sennheiser 580 sounds better. With more spacial and fuller sound and detail. But wires sux especially on the go..For bluetooth 5.0 is a great improvement and I'm happy with them and I'm picky. The price is more Than fair...I rock the white ones so people know I can't hear you...good solice with my tunes jammin.
