After reading more product reviews than I care to admit, I bought these for my husband for Christmas instead of Chirp, which he wanted. I honestly figured it would be another thing I bought that no one used. I'm in denial about how bad my own back is, but haven't been able to bend in weeks. I opened these just to see what the fuss is about, (read instructions and had a spotter) recognizing they are NOT for popping your back. Holy baby Jesus... My back pooped and I can move!!!! I would have paid three times this amount for this relief. Husband and I intend to use these as part of a larger ongoing plan to strengthen core muscles and stretch. I'm so very happy with this product, it may as well be my name on it under the tree.

I bought this for my husband when he threw his back out several weeks ago, but he was too stiff and in too much pain to use it effectively. I decided to try it myself for some chronic aches and pains in my back that I blame my nursing career for. Wow...I feel every pop and crack each time I use it, and it hurts so good! My back pops multiple times as soon as I get on this thing, and it hasn't felt this good in years. It might not be the best for an acute injury, but I feel like it's making a huge difference for my daily aches and pains that are the prodigy of my job and getting older! I try to use it at least every few days, but I should really use it daily because the popping and stretching are really just so good. My back has not felt this good in YEARS! I really think the key is to follow the instructions closely and to RELAX all of your muscles and your arms as you roll across it. I wish I'd found this years ago, honestly. It's phenomenal!

El producto en si es fantástico; solo que incluyen una promoción para recibir un regalo y termina no funcionando por que lo compraste en amazon México aunque tengas vivienda en USA

Just received my Cyan set in the mail. Shipping was the fastest I have ever had with amazon. Wheels are in great condition and there was no off-gassing from the foam or plastic. I am so happy I ordered the set as it will take me some time to build up my strength to do a bend over the largest wheel. With major spinal issues, I have tried many different balls and foam rollers to help me stretch and crack my back. The first time my back cracked between my fusion site and felt amazing! I haven't been able to move that area for years!! Very happy with my purchase and excited to work on the stretches more over the coming months.I went to the website to download the Yoga Wheel Guide but ran into some issues. Sent an email to customer service on UpCircleSeven's website and got a reply within an HOUR!!! This is so atypical and absolutely wonderful! Very pleased with the customer service and prompt reply. Justin (customer service agent) was polite and quickly sent the wheel guide to me.The wheels feel sturdy and clearly well thought out design. The curved sides make it easy and comfortable to hand onto. No slipping at all and the foam was not too thick or too thin. Plus the color is beautiful and looks nice just sitting on a bookshelf for storage.
