This is the second pair that I have bought. The first one was a gift and the person liked it so much that I bought one for myself. I needed something that could handle a Dutch Oven that heats up to 500 degrees. I have small hands but I'm still able to get a good hold on the pot and move it around quite easily,

I'm an HSP and I can't feel a d+&^ thing in these mitts. I can hold a 400° tray of baked chicken for 30 servings until I clumsily find my hot plate to plan see the pan on.. and STILL can't feel the heat through these bad boys.
