I honestly was not expecting to like this chair as much as we do. Bought it and needed something fast for my husband to recover from bypass surgery. It has been perfect, it did arrive in separate shipments which alarmed me the first day but the second part did deliver by the time promised. It helps my husband stand and is soft and comfortable for him to rest in.

The chair came as described. I did not have high expectations given the price point. However, I needed a recliner that could assist me with sit to stand during post operative recovery. I was quite pleased with the look and size of the chair. For reference, in 5’6” 130 lbs. so the chair was more than roomy enough. My husband had no difficulty assembling it quickly. All features work as listed. It provides sufficient back support for comfortable sitting and sleeping the majority of a week. It’s light enough to be easily moved and it operates quietly enough to not disturb my husband it I have to get up while he is asleep.

I had been researching recliner lift chairs for months to replace my Lazyboy manual recliner and was resigned to the fact that I would have to spend at least $750 to get everything I wanted. I'm 6ft 2in and 239lbs and my wish list was a leather chair with extended footrest as a priority. When I came upon this chair that matched more expensive chair features, a price under $300 and many great reviews, my priorities changed.The chair arrived in two fairly heavy boxes two days ahead of time and was very appreciative of the FedEx driver who assisted me with placing the boxes inside of my entrance door.I'm 82 and it took me about an hour to unbox and assemble the chair. The chair is really beautiful and the PU leather looks and feels like real leather. All the vibration, reclining and lift and heat functions work as described. To my surprise the motor is whisper quiet. I find the chair cushioning not as soft as some people may like, however I prefer the firmer support. The lift and recline buttons on the right armchair are easy to use and eliminate the need for another remote control. I really like the USB and C power plugs as well to keep my phone and IPad charged. This chair is on the small side and a bigger and heavier person 6ft or more may need a bigger chair. I would have liked a footrest extention because my feet do hang over the edge of the footrest, but my Lazyboy was the same. Besides the footrest extention I also wish the headrest could be much more bulkier and bigger as my head only makes contact when in full recline. However a small pillow behind the head does the trick. I set my priorities aside because the value in this chair outways any benefit in meeting them with a more expensive chair. So far, I highly recommend this chair and will update this review if anything changes.

The chair was easy to assemble. Very comfortable and easily reclines. The price was great too.

Half of the items were never delivered as it comes as a second package . After repeated calls and messages ,with no luck and the the first package gets useless without the other .
