Certainly was what I expected in terms of a fan. However, the power cord is nowhere near 8 feet it actually measures 5 feet. Hopefully they will update the

I'll update if there is a problem, but got mine today. 10 minute assembly. It's an air mover! It's a little loud, but it's a garage fan, what do you expect? I want to be cool, not quiet.

Just received this fan yesterday and tried to put the thing together.Pretty simple except for the fact that the holes machined into the bottom tube are not on the bottom and do not line up with the legs and cannot be screwed in! Also, the rolling wheels just pop on and come off with any pressure.My solution was to secure the wheels and the rubber legs in place with zip ties!!!It's ashame that you spend $200 for a fan and it is still shoddy manufacturing.It also raddles periodically, because the company used such a light gauge of steel in the construction of the housing.Not sure if I'm going to keep it, but with use it a few days and see.Hope this helps!

The Fan is great and is actually 33 inches across. It has 3 speed: low, medium and high and delivers quite a bit of air even in low speed with the sound tolerable (able to watch tv in the garage but at high speed. lots of air but loud.) The bad news is the fan arrived with 3 large dents: at the sides where the frame attaches and on top. I used a heat gun and rubber hammer to put back in shape. Some screws were loose so I tightened all screws inside and outside. For some reason, this one came with only one handle even though the picture shows 2. You will have to assemble the frame/wheels the drum fan attaches to. I thought it would be too much hassle to send it back therefore repaired (still has minor dents) and kept it. Note there are not many 30 inch fans out there and this fan's price include shipping.
